We were introduced to Remi by our architect and are delighted with the work he and his team have undertaken. Remi attended site daily and kept us fully informed on timings and any problems and suggestions for changes along the way. His team worked hard and were very polite and considerate.

The project was largely completed on time and on budget with any delays being due to other contractors and we are very pleased with the end result and quality of workmanship.

Inventive Designs added a 3m ground floor extension to the back of our house, fitted a new kitchen and renovated our garage for use as a studio space. The job was well organised and carried out neatly and professionally. Derek was always on site and leading the work and Remi visited every day to oversee the project.

I always knew there was someone to discuss things with and receive updates from. Carpentry, paint work, and building our kitchen have all been finished to a high standard. Our neighbours on both sides said how helpful and polite all of the builders have been.

Remi and his team worked on our big house refurbishment: kitchen, downstairs toilets, living room, bathroom and we were extremely happy with the results. Budget was appropriate for the extent of the works. I would recommend that you list very precisely everything that you want to be done at the onset as little things not estimated initially and delivered after can quickly add up. However, the total budget was certainly justified by the quality of the final product.

Under Remi's expert guidance, the team did a very good job, staying within schedule and within budget. They paid great attention to details and to the overall quality of the job. We hired Remi and his team for the biggest makeover of our house since we bought it 20 years. We wanted to completely renovate and rebuild our family bathroom, upper floor shower room and downstairs closet. We also decided to install a megaflow system and convert the roof space at the rear of the house to accommodate the new boiler and provide additional storage space.
